TimeTrak (tm) Version 1.1a README.DOC
--------------------------------------
Please make sure you have all of the files that belong to the TimeTrak(tm)
Version 1.1a package. All of the files are listed in the file PACKING.LST.
If the PACKING.LST file or any of the files listed in PACKING.LST are missing,
please contact us for an official copy of TimeTrak(tm) Version 1.1a -- it would
not be fair to either the user or Ozimat Developments to have a
user evaluate an incomplete package.
New versions of TimeTrak(tm) are continually in development for future
release. Our upgrade policy says that if you choose to upgrade
to future versions you will get a FULL credit for the latest version
of TimeTrak(tm) that you have registered, so registering version 1.1a today
will not "cost" you tomorrow! Make sure to register version 1.1a today
so that we can inform you as soon as possible, when upgrades are available!
We have included a file called COMMENT.DOC which can be filled out and
mailed in if you have a problem, question, or enhancement request. We process
all feedback for consideration in future versions.
Check the CONTACTS.LST file for a current list of contact points
throughout the world.
We hope you will find our product useful. If you have any concerns please
contact us as we would like to hear them.
Thank you for evaluating TimeTrak(tm) Version 1.1a!
The following information in this file may not be included in the
operations manual due to software developments or revisions
in the documentation and distribution disks.
---------
BACKUPS
---------
Alarm indexes (.TLX) MUST be backed up separately if they are
required, since the reindex routines do not have enough
information to reconstruct a new TLX file.
------------------
REPEATING EVENTS
------------------
It is now possible to store an event that repeats on a
regular interval...
Choose MULTIPLE when asked to confirm a new event for storage.
The screen will then prompt you to enter an interval to repeat
the event, this should be entered as a 2-value field...
nn x Wks/Days/Hrs/Mins/Secs
Example:
10 Minutes
5 Hours
14 Days
etc.
The next step is to -either- specify the number of times to repeat
the event, -or- alternately, you may designate the date and time
when the repeats should stop.
Once you have completed these entries, the computer will automatically
store copies of the new event at all the intermediate times.
To stop a repeating event, press the ESC key. Those events already
stored prior to pressing the ESC key will remain, and must be
explicitly deleted or purged.
